DMI Integrated Management Quality

In the role of "Process Quality" at DMI Drxlmaier Manufacturing India Private Limited, your main responsibility will be to implement and operationalize the integrated management system at the site. This includes identifying, analyzing, and documenting aspects of systems and processes that do not comply with various rules and regulations. You will collect, examine, analyze, and verify information relating to systems and processes while also participating in subject-specific work groups such as the EHS team in the plant. Key Responsibilities: - Review specified documents of the management system, such as handbooks, guidelines, and work procedures - Plan and coordinate internal and external system audits as per specifications - Prepare audit plans and reports, and conduct process audits - Propose, implement, monitor, and verify actions to improve quality within the audited areas - Identify and report weak points or risks, suggesting specific solutions or recommendations - Assist in developing action plans and measures to enhance processes and the management system - Support plant management in coordinating and assessing the management system - Evaluate the impact of changes in customer-specific requirements and ensure compliance with CCC-requirements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management or Engineering - Previous experience in implementing and managing integrated management systems - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly - Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the manufacturing industry We are excited to receive your application and welcome you to join our team at DMI Drxlmaier Manufacturing India Private Limited.,
