Role Overview: You will be responsible for data calculations, analysis, and summaries for new and ongoing projects. Your role will involve implementation and evaluation of time studies in all production areas. Additionally, you will cooperate in defining production methods and techniques for optimization. You will also be preparing the Pre-blocking list and Line balance for new projects within the stipulated time. Key Responsibilities: - Create and modify Pre-blocking list & Line balancing for existing Pack Month changes - Prepare analysis documents for every PM changes - Conduct cycle time study and Man & motion study - Undertake projects for continuous improvement - Use the LBT (line balance tool) - Attend 8D-Meetings and support with follow-up and implementation actions - Conduct/Lead PM Change Meeting on time - Modification of drawing if necessary - Make Internal WI if global WI is not available - Maintain contact with work-related colleagues with CKD - Plant layout creation and update - Perform special tasks/activities/roles as instructed by disciplinary or team lead Qualifications Required: - BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/EXTC/Mechanical - For B.E/B.Tech: At least 0-3 years of experience in the automotive field - For Diploma: At least 2-6 years of experience in the automotive field Additional Details: You should possess the following additional knowledge and skills: - Work carefully and reliably - Basic technical understanding and able to read technical drawings - Very good knowledge of the English language - Team player, willing to learn new things, detail-oriented We are excited to receive your application.
