Role Overview: As a member of our team at DMI Drxlmaier Manufacturing India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in carrying out small repairs and exchanging parts preventively. Your responsibilities will also include determining causes of malfunctions, supporting in improving work processes, adjusting measurement equipment, and preparing parts/components. Additionally, you will be required to conduct quality checks of work content, set up, change and adjust testing and working equipment, and document test/measurement results. Your role will involve assembling, processing, and manually manufacturing commissioned parts using complex tools, auxiliary equipment, and various technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out small repairs and preventively exchange parts according to guidelines - Determine causes of malfunctions and create descriptions - Support in improving work processes - Adjust measurement equipment - Prepare parts/components - Conduct quality checks using test plans and technical drawings - Set up, change, and adjust testing and working equipment - Determine and eliminate problems, rework per instructions, and document defects - Assemble, process, and manually manufacture commissioned parts using complex tools and technologies - Eliminate difficult problems on machinery and equipment - Perform difficult tests and measurements on parts Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in carrying out repairs and exchanging parts - Ability to conduct quality checks using test plans and technical drawings - Proficiency in assembling and manufacturing parts using complex tools and technologies - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of machinery setup and equipment adjustments - Familiarity with measurement equipment and documentation processes Please note that the company details are as follows: DMI Drxlmaier Manufacturing India Private Limited (Org-Code: OSA-IN1142).
