DM-GUI/HMI design & Development

As an Infotainment System GUI/HMI Design & Development Engineer at our company, your role will involve collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, as well as managing schedules. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing high-level mock-ups, creating wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate interaction flow - Working with software requirement engineers to define interaction needs for the infotainment system - Delivering user-friendly interaction design proposals - Presenting design work to multiple internal stakeholders and senior leadership for review and feedback - Utilizing rapid prototyping tools and visualization tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, etc. - Studying competitors" models to identify new GUI/HMI designs and deploying them in MSIL models - Coordinating with business partners for GUI/HMI development of Infotainment and deployment in multiple models - Managing schedules in alignment with vehicle schedules In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, you will be expected to have the following qualifications: - Expert sense and understanding of automotive UI-UX design principles - Proficiency in remote collaboration tools - Ability to illustrate and present design options using process flow, prototypes, and thorough research - Proficiency in tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Figma - Experience in requirement gathering and transforming software specifications into GUI specifications - Understanding of Infotainment functions - Experience in benchmarking, user testing, and user journey analysis (Experience in vehicle driving is an advantage) On a behavioral level, we are looking for candidates who possess: - A positive attitude and proactive nature - Effective team player skills - Good communication and presentation skills - Ability to take calculated risks for the benefit of the company - Willingness to strive for win-win situations with internal and external customers - Ability to study industry trends (global and domestic) and apply them in the work area Educational Qualification: - B.E / B.
