Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver regular as well as ad-hoc business reports for Consumer Healthcare brands and categories.
Design and build advanced dashboards and reports using Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query, DAX, and Power BI.
Drive continuous automation and process improvement initiatives.
Integrate and manage complex data sets from multiple sources.
Ensure data management and hierarchy maintenance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide impactful reporting solutions.

Requirements

Strong experience in Consumer Analytics across CPG, Retail, or FMCG domains.
Expertise in reporting, large data set handling, and solution development.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Pivot (DAX).
Knowledge of relevant programming languages for data handling and automation.
Experience in report building and dashboard creation in Power BI, including data integration and transformation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Passion for automation, continuous improvement, and process efficiency.
