the , About the Project:

The ICT Assam Government Project under the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyaan aims to enhance educational outcomes through the integrated use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) across schools in Assam. The project involves data collection, monitoring, and analysis to improve prove implementation and track progress at various levels.

The District Coordinator ICT will be responsible for managing and supporting the ICT infrastructure installed in government schools across the assigned district in Assam. This includes field visits to schools to ensure proper functioning of ICT components like LED panels, routers, UPS, etc. The coordinator will be the key point of contact for technical issue resolution, report collection, and communication with school authorities. They will also liaise with the District Education Office (DEO) for timely submission of reports and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily School Visits:

• Visit a minimum of 3 schools per day within the district.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of ICT infrastructure (LED Panels, Routers, UPS, etc.).
• Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues or escalate as needed.

Monitoring & Reporting:

• Collect and maintain daily reports including: Installation Reports Visit Reports.
• Submit compiled reports weekly/monthly to the District Education Office (DEO).
• Maintain accurate logs of issues, resolutions, and pending actions.

Technical Support:

• Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting during school visits.
• Coordinate with the backend technical team for escalated issues.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with Headmasters and school staff.
• Act as a communication bridge between the school and the ICT project team to prevent escalations to higher authorities.

Travel:

• Willing to travel across the district daily to visit assigned schools.
• Occasional travel to district headquarters and DEO office as required
