Required Skills:  Good command over MS Excel & computer operations.  Strong leadership and interpersonal communication.  Ability to motivate field teams and resolve issues on ground.  Basic reporting, documentation, and coordination capability.  Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multi-location tasks. Qualification:  Graduate in any stream.  Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome; field coordination/lead experience will be an advantage.
