Eligibility: PUC/Degree Requirement : 01 Responsibilities: Job Summary: The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily distribution operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, managing warehouse staff, and optimizing logistics processes. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain high standards in efficiency, safety, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Distribution & Logistics Management Oversee and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. Ensure timely and accurate distribution of products to customers or retail locations. Monitor and optimize logistics to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Work closely with transport teams to ensure on-time deliveries. 2. Inventory & Warehouse Control Supervise inventory levels and ensure proper stock management. Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent discrepancies and losses. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment. Implement best practices for inventory storage and handling. 3. Staff Supervision & Development Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and distribution team members. Schedule shifts and assign duties to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or disciplinary action when needed. Foster a team-oriented work culture that promotes efficiency and productivity. 4. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Conduct safety training sessions for warehouse staff. Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling procedures. Investigate and report any accidents, damages, or safety violations. 5. Reporting & Performance Tracking Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and inventory turnover. Generate and analyze reports related to warehouse operations and distribution performance. Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements .
