Job Description

Core Roles and Responsibilities: Route Planning & Scheduling: Develop efficient routes for drivers based on delivery timelines, traffic, and weather conditions. Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules to meet client expectations. Driver Coordination: Assign drivers to routes and ensure they have the necessary documentation and instructions. Communicate regularly with drivers to monitor progress and handle any issues that arise. Load Management: Ensure vehicles are loaded legally and efficiently, considering weight restrictions and cargo safety. Verify that all shipments comply with Canadian transportation regulations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Evening shift Monday to Friday Night shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 20/05/2025
