Supervise daily dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Prepare and maintain dispatch records documentsCoordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams for smooth operationsMonitor loading/unloading and vehicle arrangementsEnsure proper packaging and handling of goods as per company standardsMaintain stock movement records and update dispatch reportsHandle transporters and resolve dispatch-related issues
