Dispatch & Store Incharge (Pharma Industry)

We are currently looking for an experienced Dispatch & Store Incharge to manage our warehouse and dispatch operations. **Job Responsibilities**:

* Oversee and manage daily dispatch and store operations.

* Ensure timely dispatch of pharmaceutical products as per customer orders.

* Manage inventory levels and stock movement in the warehouse.

* Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure product availability.

* Maintain accurate records of stock and dispatch documentation.

* Implement best practices for inventory management and stock control.

* Supervise a team of warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety standards.

* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.

* Resolve any dispatch or inventory-related issues quickly and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

* Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals dispatch and store management

* Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.

* Ability to handle stock records and documentation effectively.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Inventory Management Software).

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

**Education**:

* Graduate in any field (Preferably in Supply Chain Management or Logistics).

**Preferred Skills**:

* Experience in handling pharmaceutical products and managing warehouse safety protocols.

**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Salary is negotiable based on education qualification & experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
