Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing and managing daily dispatch and store operations. - Ensuring timely dispatch of pharmaceutical products as per customer orders. - Managing inventory levels and stock movement in the warehouse. - Coordinating with production and sales teams to ensure product availability. - Maintaining accurate records of stock and dispatch documentation. - Implementing best practices for inventory management and stock control. - Supervising a team of warehouse staff and ensuring adherence to safety standards. - Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry. - Resolving any dispatch or inventory-related issues quickly and efficiently. To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals dispatch and store management. - Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations. - Ability to handle stock records and documentation effectively. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Inventory Management Software). - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work. Education: - Graduate in any field (Preferably in Supply Chain Management or Logistics). Preferred Skills: - Experience in handling pharmaceutical products and managing warehouse safety protocols. Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per month (negotiable based on education qualification & experience).
