Dispatch Officer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the department, premises, and equipment. Additionally, you will be required to update material records, monitor hygiene practices, and follow the Health, Safety, and Environment policy of the organization. Knowledge of SAP for MM module will be beneficial in this role. Coordinating with various departments for effective warehouse functioning and conducting physical stock verification are also key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the department, premises, and equipment. - Update material records and monitor hygiene practices. - Follow the Health, Safety, and Environment policy of the organization. - Coordinate with planning, production, purchase, Quality Control, and other departments. - Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation of raw materials. - Manage receipts, storage, dispensing, and accounting of raw materials. - Maintain location tracking of materials and carry out dispensing activities. - Unload inward materials for trading and oversee Pest Control activities. - Ensure sufficient stock of raw materials and packaging materials. - Undertake any other assignments allocated by the Department Head. Qualifications Required: - B.Sc. in Science is mandatory. - Proficiency in S4 HANA SAP is essential. - Basic safety knowledge is required.,
