Dispatch Incharge (Wood Industry Preferred)

Role Overview: As a Dispatch Incharge in the wood industry, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the dispatch operations of the interior manufacturing unit in Bengaluru. Your main goal will be to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of finished interior products such as modular furniture, customized panels, cabinetry, and fittings to clients or project sites while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and schedule dispatches based on project deadlines, customer orders, and installation schedules. - Coordinate with production, project management, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations. - Prepare dispatch-related documents like delivery challans, tax invoices, E-way bills, packing lists, and material transfer notes. - Arrange suitable transportation and monitor loading/unloading to prevent damage to fragile products. - Cross-verify products against packing lists, drawings, and work orders before dispatch. - Supervise dispatch team members, packers, and loading staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications Required: - Experience in dispatch/logistics in interior manufacturing, modular furniture, or fit-out companies. - Understanding of modular and customized product handling. - Strong coordination, planning, and documentation skills. - Knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and logistics tracking tools. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple dispatches daily.,
