Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with
Production, Quality, SRE, and Commercial teams
for daily dispatch activities.
Monitor
truck loading & unloading
operations efficiently.
Handle
ERP transactions
and maintain basic computer records.
Maintain
Finished Goods (FG) stocks
as per defined stock norms.
Oversee
packing operations
to ensure compliance with standards.
Prepare and maintain
dispatch-related documents and check sheets
.
Ensure regular maintenance of
FG trolleys
.
Implement and follow
5S & Safety practices
.
Demonstrate effective
material handling skills
.
Track and monitor
truck timings
to meet delivery schedules.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate / Diploma (preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field).
3 5 years of experience in Dispatch / Logistics / Stores.
Knowledge of
ERP systems
, dispatch documentation, and stock handling.
Strong
coordination and communication skills
.
Knowledge of
safety practices and 5S implementation
.
