Dispatch Executive (Load Booking)

As a Dispatcher at the company, your role will involve managing dispatch operations, load booking, and load planning during the specified hours (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM). Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and monitoring dispatch operations efficiently. - Communicating effectively with drivers, customers, and field teams. - Resolving operational issues in real-time. - Maintaining accurate records and logs. - Ensuring smooth shift handovers and customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you must meet the following key requirements: - In-depth knowledge of dispatching, especially load booking and planning within the specified hours. - Minimum of 1 year of dispatch experience. - Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. - Familiarity with dispatch tools like Skybitz and Samsara is preferred. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Proficiency in using GPS tracking systems and dispatch software.
