Dispatch Executive

As a skilled and experienced Dispatcher, your role will be vital in managing operations effectively, especially during overnight hours. Your proven track record in dispatching and exceptional organizational and communication skills will ensure seamless coordination. - Efficiently manage and coordinate dispatching of personnel, vehicles, or equipment during the after-hours shift, ensuring timely and accurate responses to requests. - Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, field personnel, and customers during the night shift. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise promptly and professionally. - Oversee and monitor the status of ongoing operations, including tracking shipments, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. - Quickly assess and resolve operational problems or emergencies, including rerouting, handling delays, and making real-time decisions to maintain service levels. - Accurately record and update dispatch logs, incident reports, and other relevant documentation to ensure accurate and comprehensive records of operations. - Work closely with other dispatchers and departments to ensure smooth handover of information and continuity of service between shifts. - Provide exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role, preferably with experience handling after-hours or night shifts. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in dispatch software and communication tools. - More preference will be given to the person who knows how to work with Skybitz, Samsara software. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals and manage high-pressure situations. - Familiarity with GPS tracking systems, dispatching software, and standard office applications. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately record and report information.
