Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage shop floor planning, warehouse dispatch operations, and inventory control with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of SAP and WMS systems, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and lean methodologies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Dispatch & Warehouse Coordination 2. System Knowledge & Process Management 3. Inventory & Stock Management 4. Process Improvement & Quality 5. People Management & Training 6. Planning & Execution 7. Communication & Reporting Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of SAP, WMS, and IMS Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills Qualifications & Experience Any Graduate 3-5 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse coordination, or inventory management Experience in lean methodologies, 5S, and Kaizen practices SAP & WMS working proficiency is a must
