Male:

1+years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule dispatches based on customer orders and delivery deadlines.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely picking, packing, and loading of goods.

  • Monitor vehicle availability and allocate shipments to transporters or in-house fleet.

  • Prepare and verify dispatch documents (e.g., delivery challans, invoices, transport documents).

  • Track shipments and provide delivery updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

  • Handle customer queries related to delivery schedules, delays, or discrepancies.

  • Maintain dispatch records, daily reports, and MIS for management review.

  • Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for smooth order execution.

  • Identify and resolve issues such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, or route change
