Dispatch Assistant

As a Dispatch Assistant, your main role will involve ensuring the safe, accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of all orders while providing support to drivers and dispatchers in carrying out their responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing outstanding service to each customer - Maintaining accurate and efficient record-keeping for all delivery orders - Completing necessary administrative duties - Handling phone calls and addressing customer inquiries - Providing information on delivery times, trucking details, and company policies to customers - Conducting daily balancing and closing tasks accurately - Coordinating with the Yard department on order preparation, inventory matters, and vehicle loading - Collaborating with the Sales and Purchasing departments on delivery, pick-up, or transfer orders - Ensuring office cleanliness standards are met - Adhering to all health and safety procedures Additionally, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. The work schedule for this position is full-time and permanent, with day shifts on a fixed schedule. You may also be eligible for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses based on your work experience of at least 1 year. Please note that the work location for this role is in person.
