Dispatch Assistant

As a Dispatch Assistant at our company located near Jhagadia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations related to material dispatch and receipt. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and Sales Invoices accurately and in a timely manner. - Ensuring all materials are properly received, inspected, stored, maintained, and issued promptly. - Maintaining stock levels and reconciling them with the data storage system. - Properly creating, filing, and disseminating all material-related paperwork such as Sales Invoices, GRN, RGP, NRGP, Issue Slip, and Purchase Order entry in Tally ERP. - Supervising the off-loading and storage of materials and supplies. - Coordinating with logistic teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. - Verifying that materials received were ordered, matching them to the purchase order or verifying with planning. - Inspecting received materials for damage, marking inventory items with the appropriate part number code, and notifying plant personnel of the materials received. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Tally ERP is a must. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Logical thinking abilities. - Organizational skills. Qualification Required: - Any Graduation.
