Assist in packing finished goods as per packing guidelines and quality standards
Ensure correct quantity, labeling, and packaging before dispatch
Coordinate with dispatch, transporters, and courier services
Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, e-way bills, etc.
Load and unload materials safely with proper handling
Maintain dispatch records, stock registers, and daily reports
Ensure timely dispatch of orders as per schedule
Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately
Keep the packing and dispatch area clean and organized
Follow safety rules and company policies at all times
Fresher are welcome
