Description
As a Director / Senior Director Delivery at Inoptra Digital, you will lead strategic client delivery initiatives across Cloud Engineering and Digital Engineering services for U.S.-based enterprise clients. Your role will involve driving large-scale technology transformation programs, managing multi-disciplinary global teams, and building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary delivery leader for multiple strategic U.S. clients, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction. - Own end-to-end delivery for programs in Cloud Engineering, Application Modernization, and Digital Product Development. - Partner with client executives to align delivery outcomes with strategic business objectives. - Proactively manage delivery risks, escalations, and communications with transparency and accountability. - Lead globally distributed delivery teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration. - Oversee project governance, delivery metrics, financial performance, and resource optimization. - Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks, SLAs, and compliance standards. - Drive operational improvements through agile methodologies, DevOps adoption, and automation. - Oversee delivery of modern engineering solutions leveraging cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and containerized deployments. - Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing delivery and program management teams. - Collaborate with sales, solutioning, and account management teams to drive growth in existing and new accounts. - Provide executive-level reporting and insights on delivery health, client satisfaction, and business performance. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 18+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in digital/cloud delivery leadership. - Proven success managing enterprise-scale Cloud, AI, and Platform Engineering programs. - Experience with U.S. clients across Telecom, BFSI, Manufacturing, or Healthcare domains. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence. - Strong background in Cloud Engineering (AWS / Azure / GCP) and Digital Engineering services delivery. - Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar portfolios and global distributed teams. - Track record of managing enterprise clients in the U.S. and building trusted executive relationships. - Strong grasp of agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices. - Experience with managed services and project-based delivery models. **Key Skills & Competencies:** - Strategic thinking with hands-on delivery oversight. - Exceptional client stakeholder management across U.S. geographies. - P&L ownership and financial discipline. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. - Ability to lead multi-shore, multi-functional teams. - Passion for technology-led business transformation. - Strong understanding of enterprise cloud adoption frameworks and digital engineering ecosystems.
