Director/CEO

As a Director / CEO at our luxury architecture practice, your role will involve leading the team towards success. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving sales and closing deals with HNI/UHNI clients and vendors - Leading client handling and relationship management at the highest level - Overseeing the complete project lifecycle from concept to completion - Managing studio operations and team performance for achieving excellence - Identifying, negotiating, and managing vendors and strategic partners - Serving as the authorised signatory for client and vendor contracts - Ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery - Supporting the founders in driving strategic growth and expansion initiatives To qualify for this role, you should have: - 12-20 years of experience in luxury architecture projects - Previous experience in top leadership positions within corporate architecture firms - Demonstrated success in sales, negotiations, and client servicing - Strong expertise in project and vendor management - Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams If you are passionate about architecture and possess the required experience and skills, we encourage you to share your profile with us at connect@proslisi.com.,
