Director / Vice President - Industrials - Investment Banking

As an experienced professional in the Investment Banking industry, your role will focus on developing and strengthening client relationships within the Industrials sector. You will be responsible for originating, coordinating, and executing various types of Investment Banking deals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships in collaboration with seniors, assisting in identifying business opportunities. - Ensure effective deal execution by brainstorming innovative ideas, solutions, and proposals within the team. - Track sectors and companies, displaying market intelligence in the Industrials sector. - Keep up to date with trends and deals, showcasing sector know-how and proposing creative alternatives to clients. - Manage team results, review financial models, develop presentations, and support due diligence and marketing efforts. - Coordinate internally with teams to execute deals. Qualifications Required: - 8-15 years of experience in Investment Banking. - Educational Qualification: MBA from a premier institute or CA (1st Attempt). Additional Details: You should have a strong understanding and deal experience in the Industrials sector. Your experience should include extensive deal handling and closure, excellent relationship management skills, and a good grasp of both Capital markets and M&A transactions. Furthermore, you should possess a strong blend of number crunching and analytics abilities, along with the capability to effectively network across the sector to generate potential business leads. Your outstanding technical and conceptual understanding of finance and valuations will be crucial in this role.,
