As a Management Consultant at a Global Top Consulting Firm, your role will involve partnering with the Country CEO to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for translating high-level strategy into actionable plans and ensuring alignment across business units. Your key responsibilities will include: - Tracking progress of key initiatives and providing regular updates to the CEO and Execution leadership team. - Driving cross-functional projects and ensuring timely delivery of key business outcomes. - Preparing strategic documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. - Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making. - Supporting the CEO by monitoring and managing priorities, optimizing internal processes, leading special projects, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for timely reporting and follow-through. Qualifications required for this role include an MBA or equivalent from a top-tier institution preferred, along with 8-12 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or executive office roles, ideally within Financial Services or Professional Services.
