What You ll Need:
B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Electronics or equivalent with 15+ years of experience in RTL design and verification.
In-depth technical expertise in SoC RTL design and signoff, including SoC integration, LINT, CDC, and RDC methodologies.
Proven track record in setting up and deploying flows for SoC integration and RTL signoff tools efficiently.
Advanced skills in debugging, diagnosing violations, and resolving complex design errors.
Expertise in developing timing constraints and running preliminary synthesis for timing and area estimation.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through SoC integration and RTL signoff on complex SoC/IP/subsystems.
Experience in project planning, resource allocation, and managing multiple SoC integration and design activities.
Strong understanding of ASIC design flows, industry standards, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
