Director- Seller Experience

Role Overview: You will be responsible for elevating seller satisfaction by owning and driving the Seller NPS strategy. This will involve leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights to identify and resolve seller pain points. Additionally, you will lead deep dives into seller data to pinpoint key drivers of churn and dissatisfaction, translating these insights into concrete improvement initiatives.
