Director- Seller Experience

As the Seller NPS Strategy Lead, your role is crucial in elevating seller satisfaction by leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights to identify and resolve seller pain points. You will be responsible for leading deep dives into seller data to pinpoint key drivers of churn and dissatisfaction, translating these findings into concrete improvement initiatives.
