Director - Sales (US Region)

As a Sales Director at Tezo, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Understanding Tezo offerings clearly to effectively communicate with prospects. - Creating a systematic and sustainable acquisition strategy that can adapt to new trends and changes, with a focus on winning new customers across different verticals and industries. - Managing all revenue channels and working towards maintaining consistent revenue growth. - Developing and implementing new market entry strategies for different offerings, ensuring the right team composition and processes for success in specific markets/industries. - Introducing new initiatives to enhance individual and team capabilities, driving organizational growth. - Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster good business relations and networking for future contract opportunities. In order to excel in this role, you must have: - 10+ years of sales experience in IT Services/Products. - Experience in the US and Europe markets. - Sales experience in Application development, Testing services, Cloud services, Data & Analytics for global customers. - Expertise in business development and working with executives and C-level clients. - A proven track record of leading high-performing services organizations for global enterprises. - Qualities of a change agent, focusing on Results-Driven growth, Customer Centricity, and Executive Presence.
