Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Sales - Real Estate, located in Noida. The Director of Sales will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement business strategies, and manage sales teams. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the alignment of sales activities with company objectives. The Director will also be responsible for training and mentoring sales staff, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in every transaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales and Business Development
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service
• Experience in Team Management and leading successful sales teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
• 5-18 years of Experience in the real estate industry, with atleast 3+ years in a senior leadership role
