Director, Product Research & Insights

As the Director of Research & Insights at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in leading the Integrations Research & Insights team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in research strategy within user experience, product design, or technology contexts. You should have a proven track record of influencing product direction with actionable insights, excellent project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures. Proficiency in a range of research techniques and experience leading geographically distributed teams are essential for success in this role.
