Director Payroll & Benefits

As a key member of our team at Trimont, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and administration of employee benefits programs. Your role will involve leading the enhancement of benefits and wellness initiatives in alignment with industry standards and employee requirements. You will work closely with Benefits vendors to ensure that our programs meet the needs of our diverse workforce. Your technical expertise will be crucial in providing support to end-users, addressing issues, and identifying opportunities for system improvements. Collaborating with the Learning & Development department, you will play a vital role in creating and delivering training sessions on system functionality and best practices. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field or possess equivalent experience. A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant fields would be advantageous. Additionally, having relevant certifications will be viewed positively. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you communicate effectively with various stakeholders and ensure project deadlines are met.
