Strategy for B2B Partnerships to Scale Practos Doctor Supply Network

Practo aims to unlock demand for its scalable doctor supply network (online and offline consultations) through B2B partnerships with businesses possessing large, relevant user bases. The strategy must drive consultation volume, ensure profitability for Practo, deliver user delight, and enhance Practos brand visibility and attribution. Success depends on mutual value creation for Practo, the partner, and end users.

Objectives

• Develop a B2B partnership strategy that:
• Drives consultation volume: Maximize utilization of Practos doctor network.
• Ensures profitability: Maintain margins as demand scales.
