We are currently seeking a Director of Strategy with over 15 years of experience to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy & Portfolio, this role involves: - **Strategic Leadership**: Collaborating with the executive team to define and evolve the company's long-term strategic roadmap, leading cross-functional initiatives, and translating market trends into actionable strategies. - **Industry Engagement & Strategic Networking**: Leveraging industry relationships to identify opportunities, represent the company at key forums, and cultivate partnerships. - **Market Intelligence & Foresight**: Conducting market analysis, developing strategic forecasts, and monitoring industry developments. - **M&A and Strategic Investments**: Identifying and evaluating opportunities, leading due diligence processes, and supporting integration planning. - **Executive Communication & Influence**: Crafting narratives for stakeholders, providing strategic counsel, and serving as an advisor to the executive team. Qualifications for this role include a strong background in corporate strategy, management consulting, or strategic roles in the automotive or enterprise software sectors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, communication, and executive storytelling skills, along with experience in M&A and global expansion strategies.
