Greetings from 3G HR Services! We are hiring for a Director of Research & Development (Oncology/Cancer) role. Role: Director R&D- Oncology/Cancer Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Education: PhD or MD with demonstrated research eminence. Experience: 20+ Years Package: Up to 70 LPA Location: Hyderabad Job Description: The Director of Research will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring research projects in cancer biology, therapeutics, and management; developing collaborative programs within the hospital and with other national and international organizations. Key responsibilities include: Develop research projects with the research team and clinicians. Participate in, and lead research projects. Participate and represent the research team in the Governing Board, Steering Committee, and ‘Research Council’ meetings. Work with the ‘Management Team’ providing input on decision-making regarding operational and program direction. Provide clear and actionable reports for the staff and other stakeholders as needed to implement the strategies and programs to further misssion. Develop, implement, and monitor an evaluation process for the quality of research projects and outcomes in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer. Develop relationships with other cluster partners and stakeholders to further the mission Write/ help write proposals as necessary to fund research projects and facilities. Serve as part of the organization’s leadership team and contribute to the development and execution of strategic decisions. Skills and Competencies: Demonstrated research in cancer biology and/or related areas. Ability to think strategically, remaining focused on goals and objectives. Proficient and knowledgeable in the use of modern approaches and methodologies. High level of organizational skill and attention to detail.
