Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to establish VisioGen as a leader in AI-driven patient interaction solutions for premium ophthalmology clinics. - Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive positioning, and emerging trends. - Define and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring alignment with sales and product teams. - Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI. - Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to drive lead generation and customer engagement. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences. - Manage online advertising campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and budget optimization. - Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials. - Conduct Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Analyze NPS data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. - Work closely with the commercial and product teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and product roadmaps. - Collaborate with global and local marketing teams across ZEISS group to adapt strategies for diverse markets and cultural contexts. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred). - 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in healthcare, medtech, or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Zoho, and social media management tools. - Experience in brand management and positioning in competitive markets. - Experience conducting and analyzing NPS surveys is highly desirable. - Exceptional analytical skills, project management skills, communication skills, and fluency in English. - Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. - Experience working in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment is a plus.,
