Director of AI Practice

You will be joining Mirketa Inc., a fast-growing technology consulting firm that specializes in Salesforce solutions and digital transformation. As the Director of AI Practice, your role will involve leading AI initiatives, driving innovation, and establishing a high-impact AI practice within the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Practice Development** - Define the strategic roadmap for Mirketa's AI practice, including capabilities, service offerings, and go-to-market strategies. - Stay updated with AI trends, tools, and frameworks to ensure competitiveness. - Develop AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem and explore opportunities in other AI platforms such as OpenAI, AWS, Google Cloud, and other AI/ML frameworks. - **Talent Acquisition & Training** - Recruit and nurture a high-impact AI team, balancing technical expertise with leadership skills. - Provide training and upskilling on AI technologies and best practices to existing employees. - **AI Solution Development** - Design, prototype, and implement AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients. - Utilize AI capabilities within Salesforce and other platforms to drive business value. - Guide the team in creating AI/ML models, integrations, and automation frameworks. - **Pre-Sales & Client Engagement** - Assist the sales team in AI-related pre-sales activities, such as client presentations, proposal development, and proof-of-concepts. - Collaborate with marketing to develop AI service propositions and thought leadership content. - Engage closely with customers to align solutions with their AI needs and business outcomes. **Required Skills & Experience:** - **Technical Expertise** - 12+ years of industry experience with a strong background in AI/ML technologies. - Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and cloud-based AI platforms. - Familiarity with Salesforce AI offerings is a strong plus. - Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI/ML development toolkits. - **Leadership & Execution** - Proven track record in building and leading AI teams. - Ability to balance hands-on AI development with strategic leadership. - Strong project management skills and ability to drive initiatives effectively. - **Business Acumen & Sales Support** - Experience in defining AI-driven service offerings and go-to-market strategies. - Proficient in supporting pre-sales activities and engaging with clients. - Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and experience working with enterprise clients.
