As the Director of AI Practice at Mirketa Inc., you will be at the forefront of defining and executing our AI strategy. Your role will involve leading our AI initiatives, driving innovation, and building a high-impact AI practice from scratch. We are seeking a hands-on leader with a strong technical background in AI/ML, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to strike a balance between strategic vision and execution. Your responsibilities will include developing the strategic roadmap for our AI practice, staying abreast of AI trends and tools to ensure our competitiveness, and creating AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem and other platforms. You will be tasked with hiring and nurturing a high-performing AI team, providing training on AI technologies, and developing AI-driven solutions tailored to enterprise clients. Furthermore, you will support pre-sales efforts by assisting the sales team with client presentations, proposal development, and PoCs. Collaborating with marketing, you will craft AI service propositions and engage closely with customers to align solutions with their business outcomes. To excel in this role, you should possess 12+ years of industry experience with a robust foundation in AI/ML technologies such as deep learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and generative AI. Proficiency in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based AI platforms such as AWS AI and Google Vertex AI, along with familiarity with Salesforce AI offerings, will be advantageous. Leadership skills, project management capabilities, and a knack for supporting pre-sales activities are also essential attributes.
