Director Luxury Residential Sales

Job Description: As an Associate Director / Director (Senior Broker) with 10 to 15 years of experience in luxury residential properties, primarily focusing on South Delhi, you will play a pivotal role in the secondary transactions market. Your responsibilities will revolve around revenue generation, lead management, site visits, due diligence, closures, and fee collection. Your main duties will include acquiring and managing High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), identifying properties, conducting client meetings, securing exclusive mandates, and overseeing the execution of sales. Additionally, you will be tasked with sourcing high-end residential properties available for lease and marketing them to potential tenants, such as corporates and HNIs. Cross-selling developers" projects across South Delhi through various marketing activities will also be part of your role. Further responsibilities will involve establishing partnerships with brokers in the assigned territory, meeting revenue targets through successful deal closures, generating leads through personal contacts and marketing initiatives, managing billing and collections, and providing timely updates to internal stakeholders. You will also represent the organization in different forums as needed. To excel in this position, you must possess in-depth knowledge and experience in South Delhi residential real estate, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Strong networking skills, a proven track record of deal closures, and a high level of integrity and business ethics are essential for success in this role.
