As the Director & Head of Creative Production at The Content Lab, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of filmmaking by blending storytelling with innovative technologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the conceptualization, treatment, direction, and execution of films in various formats such as live-action, digital, and AI-driven. - Transforming brand ideas and creative strategies into compelling visual narratives. - Directing shoots from pre-production to post-production to ensure emotional and aesthetic impact in both live-action and AI filmmaking. - Exploring and implementing AI-driven workflows for different stages of production. - Collaborating with creative, strategy, design, and tech teams to develop narratives that transcend multiple mediums. - Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timelines and creative excellence. - Mentoring and guiding the in-house AI team, DOPs, and editors to elevate creative and technical standards. - Staying updated on emerging trends in filmmaking, visual effects, and AI-driven content creation. Qualifications required for this role include: - 7-9 years of experience in film direction and/or creative production. - Proven track record in directing commercials, branded films, or digital content. - Strong visual sensibility, storytelling instincts, and understanding of cinematic craft. - Familiarity or keen interest in AI tools for film creation, post-production, and design. - Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills across creative and technical teams. - Strong project management abilities and a curious, experimental mindset to adapt to new technologies and storytelling formats. - Prior experience in advertising or production house setups is preferred.
