As the Director General (Head of the Institute) at KIET Group of Institutions (Autonomous), you will be responsible for leading the institute towards national and international recognition in the competitive niche. With a minimum of 20 years of experience in academia, research, and industrial roles, you should have a proven track record as an academic leader in a reputed autonomous institute or university. Your experience should demonstrate your ability to implement best international education practices, SMART teaching & learning methods, and align with India's vision for higher education. Your responsibilities will include setting up mini-industries on campus or collaborating with local industries for skill enhancement, establishing research and development labs in multidisciplinary areas, fostering quality international collaborations, enhancing placement opportunities, and raising the institute's visibility and recognition globally.
