Job Description

As a Director, Finance Business Partner at Mastercard, you will play a crucial role in managing the business partners of the Core Product & Innovation Group within the APAC Regional FP&A team. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with key stakeholders for Product, Pricing, Sales, and DFOs of various BUs to drive preference and deliver on long-term strategic goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide financial business partner support for both business as usual (BAU) and strategic activities - Assist in business case development and assessment for key vendor contracts - Collaborate on product pricing and conduct cost analysis to enhance Product P&Ls - Support product pricing strategy initiatives by evaluating current pricing models and suggesting new ones - Offer analytics and insights to Core Product leads to drive market share across various products - Gain a comprehensive understanding of the full P&L for business units to provide a holistic view and ensure operations within defined budgets - Oversee financial and FTE management & reporting, along with performance analytics - Assist in developing and implementing long-term strategies for enhancing Mastercard profitability - Drive financial process improvements by creating and maintaining financial tools for analysis and modeling - Work closely with APAC Divisions to comprehend market-level numbers and variances against budget and forecast **Qualifications Required:** - Proven track record of accomplishments - Demonstrated thought leadership in translating raw data into meaningful information - Strong leadership presence and credibility with various levels of management - Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of making calculated decisions - Advanced PC, modeling, and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative) - Natural collaborative style with the ability to work effectively across multiple areas and levels of the organization - Self-motivated with a history of delivering success within a team environment - Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related discipline, MBA/CA Preferred (especially in Finance/Strategy/General Management), CPA/CFA a plus Join Mastercard as a Director, Finance Business Partner and contribute to the growth and success of the APAC region by leveraging your financial expertise and strategic mindset.,
