Proven ability to create and execute go-to-market strategies specifically for AI and Agentic solutions. Experience in building and managing high-performing teams that combine both consulting and technical skills for optimal project delivery. Demonstrated capability to enhance client engagement and foster relationships, particularly within the GCC market, driving consulting value. Strong commercial acumen to identify opportunities and maximize value for global accounts through strategic consulting frameworks.
