As the Human Resources Manager at Hyatt Place Bhopal Rani Kamalapati Station, your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient operation of the department in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. You will play a crucial role in meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners by overseeing the Personnel Department within the Human Resources Division and supporting the Director of Human Resources in implementing Hyatt's People Philosophy across the hotel. Your key responsibilities include: - Efficiently running the Personnel Department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards - Assisting the Director of Human Resources in implementing Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel - Ensuring smooth and effective operation of the Human Resources Division - Maintaining employee, guest, and owner satisfaction through proactive HR management - Demonstrating strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills in daily operations Qualifications required for this role: - University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager in a larger operation - Proficiency in problem-solving, administrative tasks, and interpersonal communication - Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
