Role Overview: You will lead all in-business teams across the India region supporting the Digital, Data, and Analytics agenda. Your accountability will lie in driving business and client value by delivering key strategic initiatives across the digital and data strategy, focusing on a customer journey-led approach and unlocking high-quality business capabilities used by customers, clients, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: - Align Propositional and Commercial outcomes to the wider Business Agenda and Strategy, ratifying Benefits Cases from both a cost to deliver and achievability perspective. - Prioritize and manage the digital and data backlog of requirements at Journey/capability levels and within the scope of defined Projects/Releases. - Plan show & tell sessions and engage with stakeholders throughout the development process. - Define and oversee digital and data governance and procedures, data analytics, and insights to address control and regulatory requirements, including Data Privacy. - Analyze the bank's current data landscape, identify key data assets and gaps, and develop a roadmap for future data initiatives. - Develop a team of digital and data professionals with expertise in digital product ownership, data analytics, data science, and other relevant disciplines. - Monitor team performance and set clear performance expectations. Qualifications Required: - Experience in leading business teams focusing on Digital, Data, and Analytics initiatives. - Strong understanding of digital and data governance, data analytics, and insights. - Proven track record in developing high-performing teams with expertise in relevant disciplines. - Analytical skills to identify key data assets, gaps, and roadmap development. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills.
