Director - CSS Learning Adoption & Renewals

Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing and designing strategies to enhance the adoption of Oracle University's learning offering Cloud Learning Subscription. Additionally, you will lead a team of service solutions specialists to engage with cloud customers, assist in creating Personalized Training Plans, and identify unique learning goals. Your role will involve collaborating with customers, tracking learning trends, and liaising with the OU product development team to improve training content and platforms. Moreover, you will play a key role in supporting contract renewals and measuring the effectiveness of customer servicing. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and design strategies to improve the adoption of Oracle University's Cloud Learning Subscription - Build and mentor a team of service solutions specialists to engage with customers and create Personalized Training Plans - Speak passionately about Oracle learning offerings to drive learning adoption - Collaborate with customers to identify unique learning goals and interact directly when needed - Identify learning trends and new content required for Oracle cloud learning subscriptions - Work with renewal sales leadership to support contract renewals through tailored learning solution proposals - Measure the health of customer servicing by tracking defined KPIs such as activation and consumption metrics Qualifications: - Approximately 10-12 years of experience managing learning and development activities for Oracle technologies in IT consulting organizations - Experience using Oracle University's learning solutions like Cloud Learning Subscriptions (MyLearn) - About 8-10 years of prior experience in managing the delivery of Oracle cloud or on-premise applications implementation projects - Strong understanding of Oracle's SAAS/OCI offerings and Cloud architecture - Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills - Proven results as a trusted advisor to drive business value for clients or stakeholders - Strong business development skill set - Good organizational, planning, and self-driven entrepreneurial skills - Ability to balance strategy and execution within set timelines Additional Details of the Company: Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions, utilizing advanced technology to address current challenges.
