Training Needs Analysis (TNA):Proposal Development:Program Design & Delivery:Profitability & Growth:Client Relationship Management: Qualifications:Education:Master’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing /Sales . Experience:A minimum of 15 to 17 years of experience in corporate training, including both technical and management training.Proven experience in managing P&L and driving growth within a corporate training division.Demonstrated expertise in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and developing tailored learning solutions.Prior experience in building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business.
