a Director Content & Brand Marketing

Role & Responsibilities

As the Director of Brand & Content Marketing, you will:

• Build a content strategy to target technical personas (data engineers, analytics leaders, BI teams).
• Create and optimize content across various channels, including website, blog articles, social media, emails, whitepapers, case studies, video scripts etc., that position Hevo as a category leader.
• Implement and monitor content performance metrics, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Paid Marketing, SEO and Product Marketing etc. to maximize reach and impact.
• Establish editorial standards, workflows, and measurement frameworks to track performance and ROI.
• Own Hevos brand voice and narrative across all channels. Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and visual identity across all content touchpoints.
• Lead brand campaigns and storytelling initiatives for product launches and awareness programs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and content marketing best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead a team of writers, designers, and external partners to deliver impactful content.

What Were Looking For

• 6-10 years of proven experience leading content strategy and brand marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, targeted towards technical audiences.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across marketing channels, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts.
• Data-driven mindset: ability to connect brand/content programs to demand, engagement, and business outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in scaling content programs across multiple channels with measurable impact on pipeline and brand visibility.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ABM campaigns, SEO, paid media, and integrated marketing.
• Leadership experience building and mentoring high-performing content/brand teams.
