Director-Consulting

As a Consulting Director in the Portfolio Optimisation Practice at Visa, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and expansion of consulting services in the Asia Pacific region. You will focus on key areas such as issuer optimization, product design, sales acquisition channel optimization, portfolio management diagnostics, customer lifecycle management, and portfolio migrations. Your role will involve identifying strategic initiatives and creating roadmaps to lead to implementation workstreams. In addition to delivering strategy consulting services, you will also be involved in developing thought leadership materials like set-plays, pitch decks, and whitepapers. Your key responsibilities will include project leadership, business development, and thought leadership to drive Portfolio Optimisation advisory engagements across Asia Pacific. You will be required to prepare client proposals, project plans, and identify roles and responsibilities, scope, and deliverables. As part of Visa's Portfolio Optimisation Practice, you will contribute to the development of set plays and other assets that market teams can leverage to enhance their reach and impact. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or at least 8 years of experience in consulting and strategy work with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA). You should possess outstanding problem-solving skills, demonstrate creativity and strategic thinking, and have strong financial acumen. The ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, communicate effectively, and influence stakeholders at various levels will be crucial.
